[Continuity of Care, Design Thinking, User Experience Research, Ideation + Refinement]
At Livewell Collaborative, I worked on a multidisciplinary team of design researchers, design professors, clinical researchers, and doctors to improve continuity in Cincinnati Children's Hospital & Medical Center's primary care clinics. During the research phase we came to understand caregiver values through many interviews, observation, and co-creation sessions. In the ideation and refinement phase we achieved our goal to design solutions to improve patients' satisfaction, reduce health disparities, and improve health outcomes.
